We ship items using Australia Post with two options:

Regular Post - Australia Post (3-5 Business days to metro Areas - Tracking Included)

Express Post - Australia Post (1-2 Business days to metro Areas - Tracking Included)

Rural and remote areas may take longer. We take no responsibility for delays outside our control.

We accept exchanges due to incorrect garment size within 7 days from delivery date. A return label will be supplied to return the item/s.

We accept returns for any fault with print and/or garment. Any fault must be notified with supporting images of fault within 7 days from the date of delivery. A return label will be supplied to return the item/s. A replacement item can be dispatched to you at no cost.

Please ensure you select the correct size garment when ordering.

Why is my discount code not working?

Check that your order meets all the requirements for the discount to be applied.

Check the discount code is entered correctly. CAPS and small letters must be accurate.

Why have I not received my order tracking?

Due to our products being printed per order in an effort to reduce waste, orders can take a little while to ship. Order tracking will be sent once product has been created and shipped.

Please contact us at hello@mabelandthomas.com if you have not received notification within 7 days of order.

What if I sent my order to the wrong address?

We take no responsibility for orders not received due to incorrect addresses and/or information provided for the order.

If the wrong address has been provided for an order, we will attempt to have the product redirected to you at the correct address, however this may not be possible.
